In the fall our school district will begin a 1:1 laptop initiative for all sixth through twelfth grade students. The r
esponsibilities and the possibilities for this project are both
awesome and overwhelming. I have scoured the
NECC sessions and speakers, joined the
NECC ning, and the
edubloggercon wiki, and am already breathless at all I want to accomplish at this conference. More than anything else, I hope to make reliable, collaborative contacts from around the country and the world who are willing to help me bring myself and my school district into the "global learning network."
